CONTACT ME:

Communication is the most important aspect of my work; if I am to make something you will be pleased with, communication back and forth is paramount.  If you like, I can send you work-in-progress pictures for you to critique, but only if you want.  I'd like to discuss progress with you, because your happiness is my goal; in that you'll be quite aware of the prices I quote, and happy with the result.

ORDER FORM:

Do you like filling out lists?  I've made one for you.  Just copy it and fill it out in an email to me and that's that!

NAME(s): your name, of course, that being the one I'll refer to you as, and the name I'll eventually mail to.
ADDRESS: Mailing address that I'll be sending the finished product to.
EMAIL:  your email.  I don't spam, but I do try to keep the line of communication open.
MODEL REQUEST:  Basically the name of the unit, e.g: "12 man squad of necron warriors"
A BRIEF EXPLANATION:  in a sentance or two, what you'd like, e.g: "nice for tabletop" or "a flamer and a grav-gun".
PAINTED? To what level you'd like it to be finished, e.g "only base colours" or "perishing with extra black washes"
EXTENDED THOUGHTS:  An extended explanation of what you'd like and what you plan to do with it in the end.  The longer with this, the better, as I do not want to disappoint.
IMAGE ATTACHED?  Just say yes if you have done so, or no if you haven't.  Helps me check, because I still don't trust email, hee hee.
